Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Period: Items can be exchanged within 24 to 48 hours from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility: Items must be unused, with original tags, and returned in their original packaging.

3. How to Exchange: Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and exchange reason. Reason must be valid in case you get the damaged item please try to make a video on the time of opening. Ship the item back to us via mail. (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)

4. One-Time Exchange: Each item is eligible for only one exchange.

NOTE: Exchange item is not applicable for return. 

Return Policy

1. Return Period: Items can be returned within 24 to 48 hours from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

3. How to Return: Reach out via WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return.Return shipping is to be handled by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds: Refunds will be issued as store credit or coupon code after the returned item passes quality check.

NOTE : No cash refunds are offered. IN case you require your amount in UPI or Net Banking then we will deduct 35% Fee as shipping, Packing & Return Fee.Items on sale or discount, and certain personal items (like innerwear or accessories) are not eligible for exchange or return.
